Austrade- Australian Trade Commission (Austrade) is the Australian Government agency that helps Australian companies win overseas business for their products and services by reducting the time, cost, and risk involved in selecting, entering and dveloping internationala markets. DFAT -  The aim of Australia' Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade is to advance the interests of Australia and Australians internationally. DFAT provides a useful update by country on trade and travel. DFAT manages a network of 80 overseas posts (embassies, high commissions, consulates and trade offices) with more than 3300 staff.  


EFIC - provides competitive finance and insurance services to Australian exporters and Australian companies investing in new projects overseas.  EFIC provides medium to long-term finance facilities to the buyers of Australian capital goods and services.  EFIC also offers political risk insurance to protect lenders/investors against incurring financial losses, typically arising from political events.  

Free Trade Agreements (FTA) - the Australian government is committed to pursuing every opportunity to increase trade and investment opportunities for Australians. One important way they do this is by negotiating free trade agreements (FTAs) with important trading partners. Free trade agreements can accelerate trade liberalisation and set higher benchmarks for the multilateral system.  An FTA is a contractual agreement between two or more parties under which they give each other preferential market access.
