Global CONNECT

Global CONNECT is a dynamic collection of organisations-firms, regional development organizations, university programs, and capital service providers-working together to develop international high technology and life science linkages. The network will extend partnering opportunities across national borders, offering globally-minded entrepreneurs and established firms the tools and resources to accelerate the creation of local high-technology and life science enterprises.  Our VISION: Bring the benefits of globalisation to regional technology entrepreneurs and local economies.


Our MISSION: An international network focused on linking and leveraging the various programs and organisations dedicated to enhancing regional economic development through technology commercialisation and the growth of globally traded science based companies.

Global CONNECT offers services in three main areas:

      (1) education

      (2) regional and technical assistance and

      (3) global strategic partnership facilitation. 

Global CONNECT is an information and networking pipeline designed to help firms and organisations succeed, benefiting each member location in their critical need areas. Naturally, San Diego firms will benefit from their proximity to Global CONNECT headquarters, but the organisation is designed to help all our members, local and international.

Global CONNECT has been a partner with ExpatriateConnect (EC) since 2005 and has supported companies and university research programs to prepare for North American market entry plus assist companies and programs from Victoria, the ACT, SA and NSW to beachead in the states.
