ExpatriateConnect (EC) collaborates with a number of Australian channel partners that assist in the identification, education and nurturing of potential Australian exporters or early stage exporters with the Commonwealth, State Governments, associations and private operators.  These channel partners focus with EC on the company side of the equation.

Austrade is the Commonwealth organisation encouraging Australian businesses to export.  Austrade has been a champion for EC throuch support, programs, initiatives and assistance to individual companies looking to beach head overseas.

 

Australian Institute of Commercialisation (AIC) was a cofounder of ExpatriateConnect (EC) with the Southern Cross Group as the national catalyst for accelerating research/ideas to markets.  AIC actively promotes and support EC across its programs.

 

Business South Australia (BusSA) is the trading name of the South Australian Employers’ Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. that provides SA a range of services to business and represent business to government and the community through advocacy and lobbying.  BusSA provides resources and linkage with its International Business Unit (IBU) including a program manager to lead EC activities in SA.

 

China Trade Gateway (CTG) is a  business bridge between Australia and China that assists Australian and Chinese companies profitably and successfully access each others markets.  CTG assists EC in training and delivery of coaching to companies looking to enter or trade with China.

 

Cultural Detective is a global team of cross cultural experts who have developed a suite of tools to assist individuals and companies address the challenges of new markets.  The EC team has begun training and Scott is now a Certificatied Cultural Detective Facilitator. 

 

International College of Management Sydney (ICMS) - is global training organisation which delivers in partnership with Macquarie University, undergraduate and graduate degrees.  EC has been engaged to deliver training programs and collaborate with ICMS and industry in export market development plans, global links, market and product testing.

 

Knowledge Commercialisation Australia (KCA) is the national association for professionals involved with commercialisation.  KCA is involved has been a been a supporter of EC through events, presentations, communications and mutual support of companies looking to export.

 

South Australian Business Ambassador Network (SABAN) recognises the talent and experience of its expatriates and engages SABAN amabassadors who frequently travel to promote South Australia within their spheres of influence. SABAN business leaders invited by the Premier of South Australia to be Business Ambassadors for the State and help in identify opportunities to attract talent, investment and promote business, exports/trade; through Business SA's International Business Unit.  SABAN has collaborated with EC in program delivery, content development and use of ambassadors/mentors to assist companies going global.

 

UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) is active in shepparding Australian companies to the UK as a regional base of operations.  UKTI has collaborated with EC on presentations and Australian companies along their export journey, like Surity and netcat.biz.

 

University Technology Sydney (UTS) - a regional provider of university programs and research.  EC has been engaged by UTS to assist with commercialisation of innovations and to assist with global links like the 2006 developments with Italian institutions, Italian missions, and ARIA.  

 

xDoc is a team of experts in trade documentation that have trained more than 4000 students in import & export documentation in since 2004.  The director of xDoc - Corinne is the author of the leading guide (version 8 issued in June 2008) on trade documentation which is used by the Australian Institute of Export (AIEX) as part of their courses which xDoc delivers.
