Legal Use of EC' Services

The key service of ExpatriateConnect (EC) is to match Australian based companies with export mentors (Australians with with in-market experience).

Once an Australian company provides EC with their completed profile (typically 2 pages) EC coordinates the company profile' certification process (check list to validate that the company does exist and its information is reasonable).

In parallel EC has developed a database of candidate export mentor profiles, whose profiles have been certified (based on check list to validate that mentor really does exist and their information is reasonable).

Triggered by a certifed company profile EC identifies and provides a candidate mentor to the requesting Australian company, based on searching the EC database and networks.

In parallel, EC provides the candidate mentor with the proposed Australian company profile.

Both the company and the mentor have the right to choose to proceed or reject their proposed match.  Their acceptance is acknowledged by the exchange of the 'mutual understanding (MU)' which outlines the EC' program and the respective roles of the company and mentor.

The MU initiates the first step of the export framework which the parties are encouraged and supported to take through to an export roadmap.

* Please read the ExpatriateConnect disclaimer accepted at the time of registration.
